February - March: We accept grant applications each year from February through April 1st. To see the full grant eligibility criteria and apply for the 2025 grant, click here.
May-June: Paid members have the opportunity to learn more about the grant applicants at our second quarter event and participate in the preliminary vote by choosing their top three grant finalists.
August-October: Paid members have the opportunity to hear a presentation from the three grant finalists at our third quarter event and participate in the final grant vote.
December: The grant winner is announced at our December celebration event.
